Company Profile

We at the Law Firm of Diaz & Associates are a team of professionals working for a common goal. Our goal is to assist as many people as possible to continue to live the "American Dream". We do this with a three part approach. Once a file is initiated and the initial data is gathered, the file begins the process by our time tested system.

1. Mortgage Analysis; All data is reviewed by our mortgage and finance expert. After evaluation the file is sent to the legal department for review.
   
   
2. Foreclosure Defense; Our legal department files all necessary paperwork in response to any pending legal issues, giving our processing team enough time to complete the modification process.
   
   
3. Processing and Negotiation; Our processing team is tenacious and knows the language of the finance world. With decades of experience they prepare your modification package and negotiate all aspects of your current mortgage.
